Life Screening Healthcare

Life Screening to provide at SFMBC a variety of screening services such as carotid artery (heart screening), diabetes, cholesterol screenings to name a few. She can provide a list of the screenings that will be performed by the doctors and nurses in the life screen group. There is a charge for this service to each person participating. If SFMBC agrees to community use of our facility, Life Screen will send out notifications to doctors in the area who will send persons to SFMBC. Life Screen was informed that Friday September 20, 2024 was the only available date in September. They would need use of the fellowship hall, nine long tables and 30 chairs. They will conduct all registration of persons; SFMBC has no obligation to provide persons for screening; however a discount may be available. The services will be provided from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and they would take their trash with them. This may be a good opportuning for the community to get screenings that may improve their health and to be inform of the location of SFMBC. The Life Screening company would like to confirm the September 20, 2024 date this week with SFMBC.
